Description

Use this versatile granola as topping for yogert or ice cream, or you can simply eat it out of a bowl with milk! It’s a cinch to make and so good for you too.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds, Sliced
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves, Whole Or Chopped
  • ⅓ cups Honey
  • ⅓ cups Canola Or Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cups Raisins

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit.
3. Spread the oat and nut mixture onto a sheet pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. It should be a nice, nutty-golden color. Don’t be alarmed that it’s still soft, it hardens as it cools.
5. Allow it to cool completely on a sheet pan.
6. Once it is cool, transfer to a large bowl and add in the dried fruit. Stir to combine.
7. Enjoy or store in an air tight container.

Note: Some of this in a mason jar with a cute ribbon makes for a great housewarming or holiday gift!!
