Description

The EASIEST dip ever. Put the ingredients in the crock pot and stir occasionally! We usually need a double batch!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 10 ounces, weight Canned Chicken Breast
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup Ranch OR Blue Cheese Dressing

Preparation

Heat a crock pot to HIGH. Add the butter and chicken breast to the crock pot and allow the butter to melt. Stir. Add the cream cheese and shredded colby jack cheese. Allow to melt.

Add the Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce, adjusting the amount depending on the level of heat you want. Add the same amount of ranch OR blue cheese dressing, whichever you prefer. The dressing will decrease the amount of heat from the hot sauce.

Turn the crock pot to low/warm and stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips and celery.

I made this for my daughter’s graduation party, and was informed that this should be my “go-to” dish when we’re invited to parties. Everyone loved it, and it wasn’t too spicy. Even the skeptics were won over when they took a bite.

This is amazing! I made a double batch but used only one stick of butter. I also melted the butter and softened the cream cheese in the microwave. The dip had heat but was not too spicy. I served it with tortilla chips and celery. Everyone wanted the recipe.
