Description

This is a super yummy dip! It is tart, sweet, and spicy all in one. Always a big hit when I make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 Oz. Bag) Cranberries
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • ½ bunches Cilantro
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 1 whole Lime

Preparation

1. Chop the cranberries in the food processor to the consistency that you like and add to your serving bowl.
2. Chop the green onions, cilantro, and jalapeno (you will want to de-seed first) and add to the chopped cranberries.
3. Add sugar and juice of one lime to the mixture.
4. Mix to combine all ingredients.

Serve and enjoy!

I mostly make it during the holiday season, when I can buy fresh cranberries. However, I have made it with frozen whole cranberries and it came out just as good.

I can’t wait to try this. The combo of ingredients intrigue me. I’m assuming the bag of cranberries is frozen?
