Toasted baguette topped with cream cheese, homemade cranberry orange jam (see my recipe box) and pistachios.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut baguette into eight 1/4″ slices. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Evenly spread the cream cheese over each baguette slice. Top the cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of cranberry orange quick jam (see my recipe box) and sprinkle with pistachios if desired.
