Description

Addictive little suckers. We can’t keep them in my house for more than a day. Saltine crackers with a kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Wheat Saltines
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Cilantro

Preparation

Open the sleeves of wheat saltines and gently place them in a very large bowl. In a measuring cup, mix canola oil and all the spices together really well with a fork. Drizzle this mixture on top of the crackers. Gently toss crackers and oil together until each cracker is coated. With a large spoon, place the crackers in gallon-sized Ziploc bags. You can eat them immediately or store them at room temperature for a few days, but good luck keeping them around that long!

I make these on a regular basis. My kids think this is the greatest snack and it is so easy. I use a full Tablespoon of ceyenne and mix it all in a gallon jar. I just keep rolling it until it is all coated.
Fantastic crackers–don’t hesitate to try this!
