Description

A wonton wrapper stuffed with crab, cream cheese, mayo and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 6 Oz Can Of White Crabmeat, Drained And Chopped
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Fat Free, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 12 whole Wonton Wrappers (4 X 4 In Size)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a (12-count) mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Place 1 wonton wrapper in each mini muffin cup. The edges of the wonton wrappers will extend beyond the mini muffin tin cups and may need to be folded slightly. Fill the center of each wonton cup with crab mixture.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.
