My own version of a spicy appetizer we had while traveling through China.

Gorgeous and colorful dip with watermelon, jalapeños, onions, and peppers. Serve with chips or on top of chicken or fish!

Combining my two obsessions to make the perfect snack! Popcorn and all things Biscoff!
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!

This was good, but there are a couple things I would do differently. First off, I would leave off the bread crumbs – they detracted from the dish and we all tended to dig around it. The second thing I would recommend, is NOT to make it ahead of time. I prepped everything, threw it in the fridge for two hours, and then pulled it out and baked it. By putting it off baking it, it lost some of it’s YUM factor. The crab flavor really overtook everything in a not good way. I will definitely make it again – it really was delicious, but I will leave off the bread crumbs & I will bake it as soon as I mix it!

Just made this. It is easy and delicious. Did not have fresh red pepper on hand so used roasted red peppers from a jar. I took jimikemike’s advise and left out the crumbs…it was all sooo yummy. I also used a shallot instead of an onion as I thought it would be a little milder flavour.
