Description

A creamy corn dip that’s quick and easy to make. This is the perfect party pleaser! Be sure to bring the recipe, you’ll be asked for it every time.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (11 Oz. Can) Mexicorn, Drained
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Diced Green Chilies
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • ¾ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch Green Onion, Chopped (approximately 5 Onions)
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced (seeds Optional)
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ envelopes (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning (optional)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. That’s it! I highly recommend including the taco seasoning as it adds a lot of flavor to the dip. If you prefer a milder flavor, leave the seasoning out.

Serve chilled with Fritos, Hawaiian bread or crackers.

Oh, I bet the Rotel and black beans would be yummy! I’ll try that next time. Glad you liked it!

Made this for a party the other night, SUPER YUMMY! I did add the taco seasoning and I also added a can of Rotel. Next time I think I’ll add a can of drained black beans only b/c I can’t get enough of them…so tasty, thanks for the recipe!
