Description

I have strived for the longest time to create what I think to be the best spinach dip. I love the cold dip I can enjoy with sourdough bread and tortilla chips. I think I finally hit the nail on the head with this addicting recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Neufchatel Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Fat Free Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Reduced-fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 package (1.4 Oz. Size) Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • ¾ cups Green Onions, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonaise until completely combined. Add the rest of the ingedients and mix well. Season to taste. Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving. Serve with sourdough bread or tortilla chips.

Okay, I must first off start by saying that I live in the South and have eaten many a Spinach Dip, so I feel as though I can honestly say….this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Spinach Dip that I have ever tried. I even went to a gourmet market and purchased some of their Spinach Dip….It doesn’t even come close to this recipe and this was much cheaper and just as easy to make as the other was to purchase. Even did a blind taste test on my kiddos and boyfriend….they ALL agreed that this was the best tasting. Thank you for all of your research, it did pay off!!!
