Description
This Cobb Salad Dip is the perfect appetizer for parties, events, and get-togethers!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1-½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Size) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 cup Medium Tomato, Diced
- ¼ cups Bacon Bits (or 4 Slices Bacon, Cooked, Drained, And Crumbled)
- ¼ cups Sliced Black Olives
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped
Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until well combined. Spread onto the bottom of a pie plate or regular plate.
Top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato, bacon bits, olives, and egg.
Serve immediately with crackers or corn chips, if desired, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
