Description

To dip into fruit salsa.

Ingredients

  • 10  Flour Tortillas
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ cups Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven 350ºF.

Coat 1 side of each flour tortilla with melted butter. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon and sugar. Coat again with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes.

These were absolutely delicious! I made them to go with a sweet mango/strawberry salsa; and the chips were completely gone before the salsa was! :) I expedited the process by brushing the melted butter onto the whole tortilla, then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and cut into 8ths. They baked up crispy & beautiful. (I even forgot to drizzle the remaining butter on the chips – but they really didn’t even need it.) So glad I finally found the perfect cinnamon chip for my fruit desserts!
