Description

A crispy, spicy low-calorie snack!

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Wonton Wrappers, Cut Into Fourths
  • ½ teaspoons Chipotle Pepper Seasoning (or More, Depending On The Spice Level You Want)
  • 3 Tablespoons Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Or More To Taste
  • Vegetable Spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Place the quartered wonton wrappers on the baking sheet without overlapping them. Lightly spray the wonton wrappers with the vegetable oil. Sprinkle the wrappers first with the chipotle seasoning, then the cheddar cheese.

Bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are lightly browned on the edges. Remove from the pan immediately and allow to cool on a paper towel before serving.

These were good. I didn’t have chipotle seasoning so I used smoked paprika. I had to add a pinch of salt.
