Made this a few weeks ago for my book club. They loved it! Next time I’ll add some green onions to the cheesecake batter and try the lime-flavored tortilla chips in the crust.

I made this last night and it was yummy. The only change I made was adding a little red pepper because I like things spicy. I think it would’ve been great without it too, though. Thanks for posting the recipe!

I have made this twice and it. is. to. die. for. Super good. It’s also a very pretty appetizer! Thanks for sharing – makes me look good!

I made this for our Memorial Day Cookout and everyone loved it. It’s a little time consuming to make so I don’t see myself making it too often. We used both fritos and tortilla chips to dip it with, and I definitely recommend sticking with tortilla chips. The fritos overpower the flavor of the cheese mixture in the dip, and that’s the best part!

Very good w/ bonus points for presentation. It looks so pretty. The texture of the dip took a little getting used to but it was yummy, Next time I think I’ll add some extra spice so it has a bit more punch. I like that it looks a lot harder to make than it really is. Thanks for helping us cheat!

This was FANTASTIC!! Served it at a party last weekend and every single person asked for the recipe. I will say that I cheated b/c I didn’t feel like chopping a jalapeno so instead I just doubled the amount of diced green chiles. I also eyeballed the chili powder/cumin and probably added a lot more than in the recipe since I was making up for my lack of jalapeno. Kept well overnight which is also a good thing. Thanks for sharing!

This was a fantastic dip! YUM!
I did a couple things differently….
1 stirred the green onions into the batter along with the jalapenos. I did a crushed Dorito crust for more flavor. And in addition to the spices, I added 2 tsp of Pampered Chefs Southwest Seasoning. It was AMAAAAZING! Thanks for a great recipe!

Very tasty appetizer and a crown pleaser. Though the crust never stays together for me, the cheesecake portion was awesome. Second time around I tried adding a bit of cornmeal in with the crushed chips, that seemed to help hold them together a little bit. I also added a layer of refried beans before adding the cheesecake. YUM!

Made this today….SOOOO Yummy! I love the fluffy texture of the cheesecake. I expected it to be more dense but was pleasantly surprised at how light it was. I used canned diced jalapenos (not the pickeled ones) and liked it a lot with the diced fire roasted green chilies. Also, I used the cheese I had in the fridge….mexican blend pre-shredded…and it was great. Thanks for sharing this recipe…can’t wait to share the 2nd one I made with my co-workers tomorrow.

Made this for my book club group last night, it was a HUGE hit! I didn’t have any jalapenos, so just put in the chiles. I think I’ll add some green onion to the cheesecake batter next time…and there are going to be LOTS of next times!! Thanks for a great recipe!!
