Description

This is an easy, yummy chicken dip. Anyone who has ever tried it has loved it. It’s perfect for any occasion and is a great party pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 jars (16 Oz. Jar) Your Favorite Salsa (Tostitos Brand Is Really Good!)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Adobo Seasoning

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

First heat up the oil in a skillet. Season you chicken breast with the adobo seasoning and salt and pepper. Cook your chicken in the olive oil until cooked through.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, take the chicken out of the skillet and chop/shred the cooked chicken. Return to the skillet with all the juices and mix in your favorite salsa. Cook for about 5 minutes to let all the flavors mix together and come out.

In the meantime, spread your cream cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or two 9″ pie plates. Pour your chicken mixture on top of the cream cheese. Generously sprinkle your Monterey Jack cheese on top of the other layers.

Wrap in foil and bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted on top. Take out and enjoy with your favorite chips! It’s a great party pleaser.
