Description

Yummy cheesy potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Chives
  • 3 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, More Or Less As Needed

Preparation

Cut potatoes into small chunks. Use just enough oil to cover the bottom of a baking dish (a few tablespoons should do). Add potatoes and all seasonings. Mix till potatoes are coated with oil and seasoning.

Cook on 375 F for about 50 minutes or until done. Take it out and top with both cheeses. Put dish back in the oven until cheese is melted and browned.

Serve with ranch dressing and bacon bites.

I just kinda guessed on the oil. I don’t really measure anything. So I have to guess at measurements. I usually just cover the bottom of the dish with the oil then mix the potatoes up to coat them.

I tried this tonight, as I’ve been trying to find the perfect cheese potato recipe. I have to say that the oil was a tad much. Actually, it was way too much-the taters were drowning in it and soaked it in. Next time, I would adjust the oil to just a couple of tablespoons. Thank you for the recipe as we will try it again with adjustments.
