NOT a Weight-Watchers item—melt in your mouth cheesy, buttery goodness!
Cream butter until light and fluffy; stir in flour. Add water and cheddar cheese until it combines into a soft dough.
Cover a baking sheet with waxed or parchament paper. Using a cookie press or piping bag, press dough into 2-inch sticks. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil and garlic salt, if desired.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes until crispy and brown. Let cool slightly before CAREFULLY removing sticks.
Makes approximately 40 sticks.
