A favorite recipe passed down from my mom, these make great appetizers at parties.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Knead and work the sausage with your hands until all the Bisquick and cheese has been picked up by and mixed into the sausage.
3. Roll sausage mixture into balls and place in a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Periodically roll the balls around in the dish to make sure all sides are browning evenly. Serve hot with toothpicks.
These make a great breakfast reheated the next morning.
