Description

This is a perfect handheld snack for any party (especially the Superbowl)! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ⅓ cups Hot Sauce
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • 4 cups Boneless, Skinless Chicken, Cooked And Shredded
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 16 whole Flour Tortillas (small Size)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add in salt, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Stir for 1 minute.
4. Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted and completely combined with butter.
5. Whisk in the hot sauce and milk and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
6. Combine chicken, sauce and mozzarella cheese in the bowl of your stand mixer and combine using the mixer.
7. Lay out a tortilla, fill with about 1/4 cup of filling and roll it up tightly.
8. Place on a greased baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ingredients until chicken is gone.
9. Brush taquitos with olive oil
10. Bake for 15 minutes.
11. Cut in half and serve warm!
