Description

Don’t have the time to make buffalo wings for the big game? Make your man just as happy with this buffalo chicken dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Your Favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 can Chicken (canned, Like Tuna)
  • A Few Dashes Of Hot Sauce, If Desired
  • 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

In an 8×8 casserole dish (or any smaller, oven-proof serving dish), mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, can of chicken, and hot sauce (if desired). Mix together so that the canned chicken is shredded and the cream cheese is thoroughly mixed in. Stir in half of the package of shredded cheddar cheese. Spread the remaining shredded cheese on top of the dip to form a layer.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese layer on top has completely melted and has begun to bubble or brown.

Serve with your favorite chips (Tostito’s “Scoops” work the best!) and enjoy! Watch the men drool and the dip disappear in minutes!

What size can of chicken? I’ve seen small ones (maybe 6 oz.) and larger ones.

My mother-in-law made this one time when we were visiting–it’s good stuff! Thanks for adding the recipe!
