Description

I really like buffalo chicken wraps, wings, pasta (coming soon!), etc. I have seen a couple different variations of this dip floating around various blogs. This is my version of this delicious dip (the picture does not do it justice). Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Reduced-fat Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 6 ounces, weight Chicken Breast, Chopped
  • ½ cups Reduced Fat Sour Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Hot Sauce (I Use Cholula)
  • 2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 3 Tablespoons Blue Cheese Crumbles

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a small baking dish or pie dish with Pam cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken, sour cream, hot sauce, dressing, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread chicken mixture evenly into baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and the blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

this sounds awesome! I’ve had it out at a restaurant before but it wasn’t very good. Since then I’ve been wondering if I should try making it myself. This recipe looks similar to some i’ve seen but I love that you use a good amount of hot sauce. I love some heat, great recipe!

Looks good, and way smaller than the version I have which is good. One question….cooked chicken, yes?
