Description

Simple and delicious appetizer sure to please a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • ¼ cups Onion, Chopped Finely
  • ¼ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 2 loaves Baguette Bread
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except bread and butter. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, thinly slice baguette and place on a cookie sheet. Brush melted butter over the bread and place under a broiler until lightly toasted, approximately 2 minutes. Serve toasted bread alongside the bruschetta.
