Description

This ultimate combination of savory and sweet will be a major hit at your next party!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Peanut Oil For Frying
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ¼ cups Molasses
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings

Preparation

Heat a pot of oil to 350ºF for frying.

In a bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, add the honey, molasses, sugar and brown sugar and mix until fully combined.

Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the flour and gently coat each wing evenly. Fry the wings in small batches until golden brown, 5–7 minutes. Immediately transfer fried wings to the bowl with the honey, sugar and molasses and coat evenly.

Allow to slightly cool and serve immediately.
