Why not enjoy a mouthwatering dinner for weekend!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Broccoli
  • 2 cups Cornflour, Dissolved In A Little Water To Make A Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil, As Needed
  • 1 whole Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 whole Red Bell Peppers, Finely Chopped
  • 2 whole Yellow Bell Peppers, Finely Chopped

Preparation

1. First separate all small florets from the broccoli.

2. Boil those broccoli florets in water with a little amount of turmeric powder added in it.

3. After 5 minutes, drain the water. Make a paste of cornflour and water with salt, mustard seeds, chili powder and turmeric powder, to taste.

4. Heat oil in a pan. Now, dip the broccoli florets in the paste and fry them until brown. Put them aside.

5. Add chopped onions to the pan, fry until light brown. Add chopped bell peppers (both red and yellow) along with the fried broccoli.

6. Add more chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. You can also pour the remaining cornflour paste in it.

7. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot.
