I made these for a baby shower I hosted and they were a huge hit! Not only did they taste great, but they look pretty on the table because of the bright colors. I will definitely make them again!

Super easy using sourdough cocktail bread! How can you go wrong with a BLT?

Served these for a dinner party with the following addition: a slice of avocado (making them BLAT Bites I guess) It was a great addition taste and color-wise (we are Southern Californians – avos are in the genes don’t ya know). Also used Alder-Smoked Salt. They were definitely a hit. Thanks so much for the idea.

I made these for a bachelorette party and they were a huge hit!! They are just the perfect size and crispness. I will definitely make them again.

So cute and tasty! I took these to a get together and they were the only thing that got completely eaten!

HUGELY popular with my husband and our guests! : )
Thanks for the new appetizer recipe!
(btw…I used pre-cooked bacon. It made this recipe even easier and while I didn’t love the flavor, no one else seemed to notice.)
Thank you!
