Description

If you’re looking for a quick dip to bring to the next party, this is it! Very easy for a last minute invite and the first to go at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn N' Peppers (Mexi Corn), Drained
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • ½ cups Miracle Whip
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Just dump every thing into a serving bowl and mix well.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Note: the flavor mingles after being refrigerated for a bit, but it’s still very good to serve right away.

Great party dip, everyone loved it and disappeared quickly. I doubled everything and added a little cumin. I was smart this time, I saved some for our house. We polished it off 2 am this morning when we got home. Thanks for a quick, easy and great party dip.

Very yummy! I doubled the recipe for a party, also added Monterey Jack cheese and jalapenos. Turned out great, everyone loved it.

Loved this! I added some salt (I bought low salt corn and black beans) and some cumin for more of a Mexican taste.
