Chop the tomatoes, onion, pepper, cilantro and avocado and put into a large mixing bowl. Add the corn, black beans, and lime juice. Use Italian dressing seasoning packet and salt and pepper to taste. Allow to sit in the fridge for about 1 hour, it allows the flavor to come out better.
