Description

Creamy dip to take anywhere, but save some for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dip
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ cans (12 Oz. Can) Beer
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well together. Then take a break and drink the other half of the beer. Put dip in refrigerator overnight and serve with Frito’s scoops! Mmm.

This dip has got to be one of the easiest and most delicious things I’ve ever made. I softened my cream cheese in the microwave, then added the ranch mix, then beer, then cheddar cheese. Everything mixed very easily. I didn’t have any Fritos but I served it with Triscuits and got lots of “what IS this?” at the party I took it to. Needless to say there weren’t any leftovers, will definitely make again!!
