One of my many hats is cooking for large groups of people on a regular basis. I am always looking for ways to cut time, without cutting quality or taste. This “recipe” does just that!
1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) Whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
3) Place an even layer of ravioli in a 13×9 glass baking dish OR whatever size roasting pan you have (frozen or thawed, doesn’t matter).
4) Pour 1/4 of the milk mixture, then sprinkle 1/4 of the crumb mixture over the ravioli. Repeat layering until all ravioli and liquid/dry mixes are used.
5) Place in the oven for 25-ish minutes, or until the top is brown and pasta is soft.
6) Place ravioli in a pretty serving dish, provide toothpicks for fingerfood or a serving spoon if you’re using plates. Serve alongside marinara and pesto dipping sauces!
