Description

Delicious, warm dip. Easy to prepare and perfect for entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 package 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Package)
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cups Jarred Jalapenos, Chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ½ Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley Or Dill

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Place all ingredients (except the chopped parsley/dill) in the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix on medium low speed with paddle attachment until completely blended. You could also use a hand mixer.

Spread into small baking dish. I used a small Le Creuset dish that’s roughly 8″ x 5″. Then place in the preheated 375 F oven for about 20 minutes.

After removing from oven sprinkle with fresh parsley (or dill). Enjoy with corn chips or tortilla chips.
