A delicious and easy to make appetizer that will impress guests. Use your favorite preserves, and add nuts if you like!
Preheat oven to 425F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or pie plate and place cheese on it (leave rind on). Spread preserves on top of the cheese. Place puff pastry sheet on top of the cheese and wrap it around the sides of the cheese. Tuck the ends underneath the cheese if they reach.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Let cool for approximately 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with fruit and crackers.

I had one of these at a bridal shower, it was pretty good! She put raspberry preserves on the top of hers, and I can’t have the seeds in raspberries, or I would of gone back for more…. Thanks for the post!
