You absolutely can’t go wrong with this appetizer. Definitely double (or triple) the batch — you’ll need them.

I’ve made these several times now….it’s a real go to recipe and much loved by guests! Yum, yum, yum and they are the first thing to disappear at the party!

These are great! I make these along with bacon wrapped water chestnuts and they both are a hit. How can you go wrong with anything wrapped in bacon? They reheat nicely in the microwave.

These are great. I took them to our small group super bowl party and they were gone really fast. We love them.

These are soooo delicious. And they’re easy to make! This recipe has become my go-to for something to take to parties. I always make a triple batch, and even that seems to disappear too quickly! Yumm!

Perfect combination of salty and sweet. So easy to make. I made it last night for bunko and it was a hit!

Super Tasty. A nice variation is to include a half slice of a water chestnut to add some texture.

Thank you Wendy Darlin’ for posting this. I had forgotten about these and with the holidays around the corner, I will definitely get these back in the rotation. I like to add a slice of water chestnut in the wrap with the pineapple. Folks love the extra crunch. If you are feeling like an over zealous foodie use fresh water chestnuts. They really do make a difference over the canned stuff.

I wanted to make these for a party this weekend, so I gave them a trial run last night. My son likes spicy foods so I did and a dash of cayenne pepper to the brown sugar before I dredged the bacon in it. These were fantastic! I can’t wait to serve them at party.
Thanks

Last night I made 4 different bacon wrapped foods. This one was by far the favorite. I am sad that I’m out of pineapple or else I would’ve made a second round today!

I made these last night.
I would recommend sifting the brown sugar to get rid of the clumps which would give you coverage on the bacon. Letting the pineapple drain beforehand would help as well, because the pineapple juice made the brown sugar even clumpier!
They were good, but I was hoping they were great, so I was a bit disappointed.

Not bad, though I was hoping for a little more flavor from the brown sugar. I think next time I might toss them under the broiler for a few seconds before serving. But yeah, bacon + sugar + pineapple? Delicious.
