These were really good. I made them on Christmas Eve and they were a hit. The only thing I would maybe do differently is cut back on the sugar.

A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! Simple to prepare and delicious both warm out of the oven and at room temperature! Gotta use fresh pineapple!

This is just an awesome app! I get requests for it now when I go to parties!

I took these to a party tonight and it was hilarious! I looked over and saw ALL of the men at the gathering standing around in a circle devouring these. Us gals were able to snag a few too! These were fantastic, this will be one of my “go to” party dishes.

These were fantastic! I doubled and still ran out! I quartered the pound of bacon and it wrapped around the pineapple perfectly.

I’m always asked to bring these to parties! They are gone within minutes. I can’t make enough of them! Who doesn’t love anything with bacon?

I can’t wait to try these bacon wraps out this weekend! I will save the chicken recipe – it looks great too!

The best thing about these little bites, other than the fact that they disappear off the platter in under 15 minutes, is how freakin’ EASY they are. I will definitely make them again!

Many years ago I attended a wedding outside Boston. One of the appetizers was large scallops surrounded with bacon and drizzled with pineapple juice. It’s still one of the most memorable eating experiences of my life. This is a super flavor combination and I’m sure the brown sugar is a great addition. I will definitely try this!

Congratulations!
I will have to try these soon. I make a similar recipe
“Pig Candy”-which is basically just brown-sugar coated bacon. Always the first appetizer to disappear. Your’s at least has one healthy ingredient! Enjoy your prize!
