Description

Water chestnuts wrapped in bacon.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Bacon, Cooked But Still Bendable, Cut In Half
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Whole Water Chestnuts, Drained
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Ketchup

Preparation

Heat oven to 350F. Take a half a slice of bacon and wrap it around the whole waterchestnut; secure with wooden toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish.

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup. Pour over the water chestnuts.

Bake 30 minutes, or until heated through.
