Description

All of your favorite monster burger flavors in an appetizer. Perfect for New Years celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 14 ounces, weight White Large Stuffing Mushrooms, Washed And Stems Removed
  • ½ pounds Cooked Lean Ground Beef, Seasoned With Salt And Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon Each)
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • ⅔ cups Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • ⅓ cups French Fried Onions

Preparation

In a saute pan melt butter and add mushrooms cooking for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove to an oven safe dish, opening side up.

In a bowl combine browned ground beef, cooked bacon, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Mound the filling into each mushroom cap and sprinkle with French fried onions.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
