Description

Cool, creamy, and refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Avocados, Seeded And Scooped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 package 8 Ounce Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cans (7-ounce) Cans Crabmeat, Drained (can Use Fresh Or Frozen, Of Course)

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire. Pulse until combined. (Leave some texture to the avocados.)

Add cream cheese, sour cream, and salt. Pulse a couple of times. Stir in crab meat.

Chill dip until needed. Keep in mind that the avocado will discolor within a few hours, so make no more than a couple of hours before serving!

I sure would like to be able to post the recipe to my FaceBook page. Any chance you could put that button on the recipes?
Thanks!

ever since trying your guacamole, i’ve been craving everything avocado…and this dip is wonderful. My husband doesn’t care for “fishy tasting” foods, but he even liked this one! Would make again.

i followed the directions and ended up with a really bland dip so I added more pepper, worcestershire sauce, lemon juce, etc and it stayed bland – I enlisted the help of housemates and neighbors and we couldn’t figure out how to spice it up (besides adding pepper flakes).
