Description

Fruit is a great ingredient to add to salsas. This avocado and tropical fruit salsa will have you wishing you were at the beach.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Diced Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • ½ cups Diced Fresh Kiwi
  • ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Minced
  • 1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Minced
  • ½ whole Red Onion, Diced
  • ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 whole Large Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Fine Sea Salt

Preparation

In a large bowl combine the pineapple, mango, kiwi, red bell pepper, jalapeño, onion and cilantro. Mix to combine. Then add the avocado, lime juice and sea salt. Gently fold the juice and avocado into the fruit mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve cold or serve immediately at room temperature with tortilla chips or with your favorite taco recipe. Enjoy!
