Description

Lightly sweetened air-popped corn laced with pumpkin pie spice. Snack away.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Unpopped Popcorn Kernels (or However Much Your Air-popper Requires
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

Pop kernels according to manfacturer’s directions for your popcorn popper.

Meanwhile, combine butter, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl. The brown sugar won’t dissolve completely, but once you mix it up with the popcorn it won’t make a difference. Drizzle over freshly popped corn. Add a pinch or so of salt and toss to combine.

Eat up. It goes quickly.

Serves 6. (maybe)

This was really tasty. I surprised my kids with it and the bowl was gone very quickly. Fun snack for the holiday season.
