Auntie’s Garlic Cheese Spread

Description
A delicious, garlic-y spread.
My Auntie always made these for family get-togethers, and they never failed to be a huge hit!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped Finely
- ½ jars Hellman's Mayonnaise
- ½ cups Chopped Parsley
- Garlic Salt
- Garlic Powder
- 1 loaf Mini Pumpernickel Bread
Preparation
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add garlic salt and powder to taste (go easy on the salt – remember, there’s a lot of cheese in there!)
Spread thinly over a square of pumpernickel bread (any bread you like). Prepare tray or bread, and stick under broiler for 3 minutes and serve.
