Description

A nice hot dip that can be done with or without crab meat.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Can Of Artichokes Whole In Water, Chopped And Drained
  • 8 ounces, weight Can Of Crab Meat, Drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper
  • Lemon Juice

Preparation

Drain and coarsely chop the artichokes. Add mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice and blend. Add crab meat and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese; fold into artichoke mixture. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot.

Serve with your favorite chip or cracker. I use Stacey’s Bagel Chips.
