Description

Fantastic little afternoon snack, getting me through until dinner, loaded with potassium, calcium, and protein.

Ingredients

  • 10 whole Dried Apricots
  • ¼ cups Part-skim Ricotta Cheese
  • ¼ cups Roasted And Salted Shelled Pistachios, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Freshly Ground Pepper (optional)

Preparation

Top each apricot with a dollop of ricotta. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pepper.

I just made this for a party and it went over great!!! I made them on a cookie sheet and I sprinkled Sea salt on it and the placed the apricots and when done and plated one swipe with the sea salt . it was great. Thaank you

This was great I made it for a party and it went over great. I did notice that as they had time to meld befor we went to our party the flavores really came together . Will yous againg.
