Description

I had this one holiday, and it was so good, I had to have the recipe. Made many times with many requests for recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 15 Oz Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 packages Crescent Rolls (8 Ounce Package)
  • ¼ pounds Sliced Deli Ham
  • ¼ pounds Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • ¼ pounds Sliced Genoa Salami
  • ¼ pounds Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • ¼ pounds Sliced Thin Pepperoni
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
  • 3  Eggs
  • ¼ cups Grated Romano/parmesan Cheese Mix

Preparation

1, Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
2. Drain peppers very well.
3. Place 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of a pan. Pinch the seams together to make one solid piece.
4. Top with layers of the ham, Swiss cheese, salami, provolone, pepperoni, peppers and mozzerella.
5. Beat eggs and grated cheese together.
6. Spread 2/3 of egg mixture over mozzerella layer.
7. Place second package of crescent rolls on top and pinch the seams together.
8. Brush with remaining egg mixture.
9. Cover with foil.
10. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
11. Remove foil and bake additional 20 minutes.
12. Cut into squares and serve.

Can be served hot or cold.
