Description

Spicy, ranchy and full of bacon!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, fluid Sour Cream, Or A Combination Of Equal Amounts Of Sour Cream And Greek Yogurt
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix
  • 5 slices Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
  • 3 whole Adobo Peppers, Minced

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream (or equal amounts of sour cream and plain Chobani Greek yogurt), with ranch dip seasoning mix.

Fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. When cool, chop into small pieces. Stir into sour cream/ranch dip.

Remove 3 or 4 adobo peppers from can, and mince into small pieces. Scrape peppers, seeds and sauce into sour cream/ranch mixture. Stir all ingredients together.

Eat immediately or place in fridge for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld together.

This dip is super easy and totally delicious. Spicy, ranchy, AND bacon-y? Yum! I used half Greek yogurt and half sour cream, and the texture is just right. I’ll definitely make it again – thanks for the great recipe!
