Description

Here is a recipe my grandma makes at Christmas. The name is accurate, as this is very addicting and can be adjusted to fit your favorite crackers. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 2 cups Harvest Vegetable Crackers
  • 2 cups Preztels
  • 2 cups Wheat Sticks
  • 2 cups Cheese-its, Cheddar Or White Cheddar
  • 2 cups Mixed Nuts
  • 1 cup Oyster Crackers
  • ¾ cups Canola Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dill Weed
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200ºF. Put all 20 cups of cracker mix in a large roasting pan and set aside. In a glass measuring cup, mix together oil, dill weed, garlic salt, and ranch dressing mix. Pour over cracker mix and carefully stir until coated.

Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Store in covered container. Delicious!
