A quick, easy recipe for a delicious restaurant style salsa. Perfect to eat with tortilla chips or for topping on your favorite food!
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree for 10 seconds or until smooth. Put into an airtight container and it will last up to 1 week in the fridge.

Easy and just the right amount. I have been making PW’s salsa for the last few years… while it’s delicious, it was always way too much and I’d end up throwing a lot out. This recipe made just enough that I doubt I’ll be throwing any away. I added a 1/2 tsp diced pickled jalapenos just for a little extra heat.
