Description

Out of this world 5-minute Mediterranean Hummus: chickpeas, olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, feta, lemon juice and olive oil—what’s not to love!

Ingredients

  • ½ cans (15 Oz. Size) Chick Peas, Drained And Rinsed
  • 10 whole Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 3 pieces Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced

Preparation

Put all the ingredients together in a food processor, put the lid on and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Scoop it out into a bowl and serve with fresh bread, crackers or veggies.
