Tasty, quick, easy, bite-size, no-bake, 3-ingredient Mexican munchie!
Note: I tend to eyeball amounts of cream cheese and seasoning, or taste-test. Ingredient amounts are approximate.
Soften cream cheese and combine with taco seasoning.
Spread mixture onto tortillas.
Roll up tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
(I like to refrigerate the tortillas and then they slice more easily.)
Slice the tortillas into bite-size pieces and enjoy!
If you prefer, you could serve the cream cheese and seasoning mixture as a dip and serve with tortilla chips and celery, however you would probably want to do so before refrigerating as the mixture will become too firm for dipping. There’s nothing worse than when your chip breaks off in the dip!

These are also good by adding Cilantro and Green Onions ,diced very fine, to the mixture..
