One bite and you will think you have died and gone to ooey gooey cheese heaven.
Slice French bread loaf in half. Spread each side with softened butter to the edge, then sprinkle with a generous amount of garlic salt.
Next, spread a nice layer of sour cream to the edge, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
