Description

You will want S’more.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 16 ounces, weight Mini Marshmallows, Divided
  • 12 ounces, weight Golden Grahams Cereal
  • 1-½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter, allowing to turn a light brown before adding in 5 cups of marshmallows. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and scrape it into a large mixing bowl.

Add cereal into the bowl and toss to coat. Add both kinds of chocolate chips and remaining marshmallows. Stir.

Press s’mores mixture into a greased 8×11 rectangular glass pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up, then cut into squares. Serve at room temperature.

Sounds yummy! You know what?! We accidently browned our butter, I have 4 kids, this happens a lot! LOL :) I wondered why these were so extra good this time, hmmm…maybe the brown butter!? Changing recipe now!

These are my niece’s favorite treats, only when we make ours we brown the butter than cook in some light karo syrup before melting in the marshmallows. Thanks for sharing!
