Loved it….and so did my whole family-my husband, my sisters, dad, and brother-in-law, which is a wide range of tastes! Different but delicious! I think it will become our new “The” Salad to have at family meals.

I made this for a bbq since I had the ingrediants on hand. It was very easy to assemble. I did use only 2/3 c of mayo (olive oil variety in an effort to cut calories) and sliced up “ready” bacon. It was a hit! I thought the flavor was very similiar to the layered salad that is a potluck staple (brocolli, peas, bacon, mayo dressing, etc.). Next tiume I would only add 1/4c onion as it overpowered a bit. Nice change of pace!
