This salad is fantastic. The bold flavors meld together perfectly for a very satisfying dish. I think it would be perfect for a summer potluck or a side dish for any number of things, like grilled chicken, steak or even shrimp. My favorite way to eat this salad though? Make a batch and eat it stuffed inside a whole wheat pita for lunch all week long.

This is a family recipe, that was only handed down to me after my Grandma passed away. I make these pickles once a year and they make great gifts. I use them in potato salad and chicken salad. They are also great for just snacking! It is time consuming, but the taste is like no other so it is worth the work for me! DO NOT REFRIGERATE THESE PICKLES!!

How potato salad is done at the Bullard house. This is a request I have everytime the family gets together. I usually put my Grandma’s family recipe for sweet school girl pickles in for the sweet pickles, but any sweet pickles will work fine in this recipe.

This is a great meal to make ahead of time and put in the oven when you get home or to make when you need something to send to a family.

Megan wanted to cook today so we decided to create different pineapple muffins and have a taste test. This was one of the winners. Not really upside down but tastes like it!

An accidental discovery born from a failed recipe, it’s quite delicious with a healthy dash of lemon pepper (but that’s just me, the lover of lemon pepper). It may not be much, but it’s all the fun of eating those crispy leftovers you find in the pan post-production.

A simple turkey burger that is just as tasty as a real burger. Havarti dill cheese, whole wheat buns, micro greens and a special sauce will step these burgers up.
